A remittance advice will only be approved if it clearly includes the following details:

• Confirmation that payment has been sent (Payments that are still pending or processing cannot be accepted)
• Date of the transfer
• Customer number and/or invoice number(s) being paid
• Total payment amount
• Bank account details the funds were transferred to
