As with cancelled orders, it is important to carefully check both your order at the time of placement and the invoice once the order has been packed. Identifying any issues early allows us to remove or amend items before dispatch. If an error is identified and it relates to a change of mind, the $25 cancellation fee will apply. However, if the error originated from us, no fee will be charged.
Please ensure you also check your order at the point of delivery. If there is an issue, notify us immediately and keep the stock isolated until collection arrangements have been made.
