- After contacting us to report the issue, our warehouse team will send you a label to attach to the return box, along with a manifest to be provided to the courier upon collection. If the return is subject to a cancellation fee, you will also be charged for the return shipping of the stock. This charge will not apply if the return is due to an error on our end.
