If you find that items are missing from your delivery, please refer to your invoice to confirm whether you were charged for the stock.
- If you were not charged and an error was made when the order was entered, please contact the team and we will, where possible, arrange to correct the order. Please note that this may be subject to delivery requirements.
- If you were invoiced for the stock but it is not included in your delivery, please contact us immediately. Our warehouse teams conduct regular stocktakes, and an investigation will be carried out to determine what has occurred.
